Shipping policy
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 working days for deliveries within the European Union, once the order has been validated.
We deliver worldwide, subject to logistical constraints.
Delivery costs are calculated according to the size of the order and the country of delivery. They are indicated when the order is placed.
Returns policy - right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with any accessories and the completed returns slip.
